This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/Accused No. 1 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.764 of 2022, dated 27.09.2022 on the file of I Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, \ Hy&erabad District. The offences alleged against him are I under Sections 42O,406 and 471 read with Section 34 of the i.
Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State Perused the material on record.

As seen from the record, the alleged documents are the subject matter of civil disputes pending in between the petitioner/Accused No.1 and respondent No.2.
4. In the said circumstances, this CoUrt deems lt appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in respect of FrR No.764 ot 2O22, dated 22.09. 122 onthe Iile of Station
Z I House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner-Accused. The petitioner-Accused shall co operate with the Investigating Ofhcer by furnishing information and documents as sought by him in concluding the investigation. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shaI1 stand closed.
