Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5. Petitioner's contention is that the 5th respondent is not registering FIR in pursuance of the complaint dated 20.7.2016 made by him against unofficial respondent Nos. 6 to 8.

Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5 submits that the 5th respondent registered the complaint made by the petitioner in Crime No. 652 of 2016 on 20.09.2016. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to conduct investigation and file a final report before the competent Court expeditiously.
