This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Nandigama Krishna Rao, counsel for the petitioner and of Sri D. Y. L. N. Charyulu, Counsel for Respondent Nos. '1 to 3 and GP for Revenue on behalf of Respondent Nos.

4 to 6, the Court made the following: ORDER The petitioner herein is also claiming right and interest in respect of the land, which is the subject matter of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13977 ol 2022 dated 12.04.

respondent and directed the fifth respondent herein to consider the said representation and pass orders within a period of six weeks. As stated by learned counsel for the writ petitioners, who are the respondents 1 to 3 herein, the said representation is still pending consideration before the fifth respondent herein, as Civil Revision Petition filed in respect of the very same land is pending between the petitioner herein and the respondents 1 to 3 herein before this Court. There is no dispute that there is rival claim by the petitioner herein against the very same property, which is being claimed by the respondents 1 to 3 over the writ petitioners' property, which is the subject matter of W.P.No.'|3977 ol 2022. ln the circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner herein should be heard before any orders are passed on the representation filed by the respondents 1to 3 herein before the fifth respondent.

Accordingly, this review application is ordered directing the fifth respondent herein to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein before passing any orders pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13977 ol 2022 dated 12.04.2022.
