THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.4262 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking implementation of the order dated 03.06.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.1545 of 2016. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the Commissioner, Nagar Panchayat, Badepally, Jadcherla Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2015 in accordance with the rules within a time frame. The Commissioner, Nagar Panchayat, Badepally, having done so and having found the petitioner eligible, addressed letter dated 19.10.2016 to the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, State of Telangana, Hyderabad, recommending the case of the petitioner for regularization. It is not in dispute that the Commissioner's role stands settled by virtue of this exercise.

As the order passed by the Tribunal only required the Commissioner, Nagar Panchayat, Badepally, to do his part, the order in O.A.No.1545 of 2016 stands duly complied with. In the event the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the inaction of the State upon the recommendation made by the Commissioner, Nagar Panchayat, Badepally, it is for him to take appropriate steps for redressal of that grievance.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so in accordance with law, the writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
