This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in allocating the funds without consulting the local MLA basing upon the proposals of the other MLA who is nothing to do with the Constituency. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
