Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited produced a tabulated statement annexed to the Memo dated 22.09.2017, wherein, while accepting the age of superannuation of the petitioner as 60 years and as the petitioner has not attained the age of superannuation, the petitioner was directed to be re-inducted into service subject to compliance of all other requirements. The interim order passed by this Court was to continue the petitioner in service until further orders. As the petitioner is now inducted into service and he was granted the benefit of age of superannuation, he is deemed to be in service from 01.01.2016.
