THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.5672 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for all the connected records including the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in D.Dis.No.678/A3/2004 dated 11.03.2004 and quash the same as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

In spite of number of adjournments, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to say whether the petitioner is continuing in service or not.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case of the petitioner may be considered, if she is qualified for promotion as per Rules and Regulations.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the case of the petitioner, if she is fully qualified for promotion and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
