THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.CMP No.224 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.64 of 2013 pending on the file of V Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Bhongir and transfer the same to any appropriate Court in City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent , in all fairness, submitted that suit A schedule property in O.S.No.64 of 2013 is situated at Bhongir and suit B, C and D schedule properties are situated in Ranga Reddy District. 3 As seen from the record, it is clear that the parties to the proceedings are interrelated to each other. Both counsel submitted that O.S.No.64 of 2013 may be transferred to any appropriate Court of Ranga Reddy district.

4 Having regard to the submissions made by both counsel, I am of the view that it is a fit case to allow the petition. 5 In the result, the petition is allowed and O.S.No.64 of 2013 pending on the file of V Additional District Court, Nalgonda district at Bhongir is withdrawn from the file of the said Court and the same is transferred to the Court of Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Tr.CMP shall stand closed.
