ORDER:

These Contempt Cases arise out of order, dated 04.07.2013, in WPMP.No.23307 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.19062 of 2013.

While Contempt Case No.697 of 2014 is filed by the petitioner in the above-mentioned Writ Petition, Contempt Case No.1206 of 2014 is filed by the former and present Commissioners of Vemulawada Gram Panchayat, Karimnagar District.

The petitioners in these Contempt Cases have alleged disobedience of the above-mentioned order of this Court against each other. However, during the hearing of the Contempt Cases on earlier occasions, it has come out that the writ petitioner has proceeded with the construction of first floor though this Court has prohibited him from raising any further construction. Having realized the same, the writ petitioner has undertaken to remove the entire first floor which was constructed after passing of the interim order in the above-mentioned Writ Petition.

Today, at the hearing, Sri C.Ramesh Sagar, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, has filed photographs showing the complete removal of the first floor portion raised after passing of the interim order by this Court.

Sri D.Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners in Contempt Case No.1206 of 2014, has admitted that the writ petitioner has removed the offending portion of the construction.

In view of the corrective steps taken by the writ petitioner the cause in both the Contempt Cases ceases to exist. Therefore, both the Contempt Cases are closed.
