Respondent/Com plaina nt ( Respondents in-do- ) Petition under Section 439 r/w 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax / modify the condition in Crl.p.No, 3097 of 2020, dated 07 -09-2020 laid down by itself in granting bail to the petitioners from appearing before the SHO, RGI Airport police station, Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District once in fortnight i.e., every alternate sunday between 10.00 am and 05.00 pm to "once in two months" till completion of investigatlon and filing charge sheet and grant such other relief or reliefs in the circumstances of the case to secure the ends of justice; rl.

N 202 : Petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the ground filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on bail in Crime No. 366/202020 ot RGI Airport Police Station Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District and thus render justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the order of the High Court dated 07-09-2020 made in CRL.P. No. 3097 of 2020 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI Ut\4ESH CHANDRA P V G, Advocate for the Petitioners, and PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent, Court made the following ORDER:

The petitioners are A3 to A5 in Crime No,366 of 2O2O pending on the file of RGI Airport Police Station, The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 498-A and 306 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 07.09.2020, this Court granted regular bail on imposition of certain conditions including the condition that the petitioners shall report before the station House Officer, RGI Airport Police Station, Shamshabad, Ranga Reddy District, once in fortnight i,e, every alternate Sunday between 1o.oo AM and 05,0O PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet,

The petitioners filed the present application seeking relaxation of the said condition, Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the order of this Court and there is no allegation against the petitioners that they have violated any of the conditions imposed by th is Court, On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor, would submit that the investigating officer recorded the statements of most of the material witnesses and the Police have also invoked PD Act against A1. The petitioners are A3 to A5 and they are women, Considering the said aspects, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition imposed by this Court. However, it is made clear that other conditions imposed in the order remain unaltered. The petitioners shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer by appearing before him as and when their presence is required.
