THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6043 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking grant of bail in connection with crime No.544 of 2014 on the file of the P.S., S.N.Puram, Krishna District, registered for the offence under Section 489(b)(c) read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard.

The allegation against the petitioner/A.1 is that he was found in possessing of fake currency notes in bulk quantity. Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 submits that the petitioner has not committed the offence alleged against him and that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen and is ready to comply with any of the conditions that may be imposed while granting anticipatory bail. On perusing the remand report and the order of the Court below, this Court is not inclined to grant bail.
