THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NOs.9860 & 9902 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleaders appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.7249 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in State of Karnataka and Others Vs. Umadevi1 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eights weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
