This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking bail in crime No.73 of 2015 on the file of the Rolugunta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Heard and perused.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner/A.2 was dismissed by this Court as the Ganja seized was commercial quantity. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.2.
