HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27452 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondent No.4, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that FIR No.232 of 2017 was registered on 17.08.2017 on the file of Taluka Police Station, Kadapa against respondent No.4 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 506 and 509 read with 34 IPC. Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondents shall cause investigation, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
