Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K. Rambabu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of the persons named in the prayer clause of the writ petition. According to Sri Rambabu, all the five persons have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 106 of 2016 registered at Anandapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam on 16-07-2016 and, presently, they are in judicial custody.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of.
