HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 28066 OF 2012 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri Vasantha Rao, learned counsel holding for Sri Y.V. Ravi Prasad, advocate on record for respondent No.1 submits that Sri Y.V. Ravi Prasad returned the papers to his client long back since he is no more Standing Counsel for respondent No.1.

Learned Government Pleader submits that in view of the interim order dated 07-09-2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
