From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and is numbered as CC.No.644 of on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ramannapet. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners herein to file fresh petition challenging the charge sheet, if so advised. 4.
