CVNR,J & ANI S,J M.A.C.M.A.No.1177 of 2017 14.07.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 06.01.2017, in M.V.O.P.No.292 of 2016 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Mr.Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has submitted that after order, dated 01.06.2017, was passed by this Court by admitting the appeal and granting conditional interim order, the parties have compromised the dispute and that therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In the light of the above submission, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 01.06.2017, in M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.2292 of is vacated and M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.2292 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
