THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15658 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

The petitioner is a fair-price shop dealer of 0209 of Annaram Village of Manakondur Mandal of Karimnagar District. While so, on 09-12-2014 the officers of Vigilance and Enforcement inspected the fair price shop and conducted panchanama. They found some variations in the stock. Thereafter, the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Manakondur submitted a report, basing on which, the second respondent issued show-cause notice on 11-12-2014 directing the petitioner to submit her explanation. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 05-02-2015. Without considering the said explanation based on the show-cause notice itself, the second respondent passed an order of suspension of authorization on 29-12-2014. Since the order of suspension is in operation for the last five months, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the second respondent to dispose of the case pending before him within a period of (30) days from the date of receipt of copy of the order after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner and observing the principles of natural justice by passing a duly reasoned order.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
