The complaint of the petitioner dated 27.07.2017 against the 4th respondent has not been attended to so far by Respondents 2 and 3, the Superintendent of Police, Ananthapur and the Circle Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station, Ananthapur, is the grievance in this Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that based on the complaint dated 27.07.2017 of the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 374 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has been registered on 17.08.2017 by I Town Police of Ananthapur.

Since a crime has been registered against the 4th respondent, as submitted by the learned Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
