HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13048 OF 2004 ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in not assigning seniority and contended that in view of petitioner attaining the age of superannuation, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

This Court is of the considered view that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
