Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, Counsel representing Sri Addepally Suryanarayana, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that this writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents Nos.1 to 5 not to conduct survey or demarcation in the lands in Sy.Nos.103/4, 103/6 and 103/7 of Bandlaguda village and not to compel the petitioners to attend the subject lands when the situation was tense and likely to cause law and order problem as per the information provided by the Inspector of Police, Chandrayanagutta.

The learned Counsel further submits that the petitioners have filed O.S.No.759 of 2006 before the Civil Court in Rangareddy District whereas the 7th respondent filed O.S.No.2109 of 2006 on the file of the III Senior Civil Judge's Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, for redressal of their grievance.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
