Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that 1st petitioner has made application dt.10-03-2016 to respondents for releasing of certain properties which were under the Superintendence of the Commissioner of Court of Ward vide Orders No.33 dt.21st Farvadi, 1334 Fasli corresponding to 28th Rajjab, 1343H issued by the then Ruler Nizam with respect to file No.NA2/145/2011 and that the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

Learned Government pleader for Revenue states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.1003-2016 in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.10-03-2016 in accordance with law and pass orders

thereon within eight (08) weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
