THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9721 of 2012 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents not to entertain any transfer of name and /or mutation in the name of the respondents 8 to 12 as the same are illegal and Benami transactions took place without sound mind of respondent No.6 and contrary to the earlier family settlement for the properties lying in the name of respondent No.6 with limited Right till her death as narrated under "D" schedule in Parikattullu in Sy.No.310-A1 of Ac.3-09 cents of Agricultural land and Dodleru Village, Krosuru Mandal, Guntur District in Sy.No.84-1A/3B of Ac.1-00 Cents of agricultural land in Sy.No.223-C of Ac.0-02 cents of open house site wherein a house was constructed.

2. When the matter was listed on 15.02.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the matter was posted for dismissal today.

3. Inspite of the matter listing under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in the morning and in the afternoon.

4. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
