O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner was with regard to rejection of his nomination for contesting the election to the post of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency Member of K.J.R. Colony, Damarcherla Mandal, Nalgonda District. A consequential direction was sought to consider his nomination for the said election.

Interim order dated 01.05.2019 was granted in this writ petition. It is now represented by Ms.Priyanka Singh, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Sudheer Rao, learned standing counsel for the Telangana State Election Commission, that the matter is squarely covered by the common order dated 20.03.2019 passed in W.P.No.2630 of 2018 and batch.

For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated common order and in terms thereof, the writ petition is allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
