As there was no representation for the petitioner's counsel on 19.01.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. It appears the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition.
