THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 33906 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The allegation of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not registering the FIR on the complaints lodged by him against respondent Nos.6 to 15. The petitioner asserts that there is life threat to him.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) placed before this Court a copy of FIR No.232 of 2017, dated 11.10.2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 352 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC. In those circumstances, it can be said that part of the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are directed to consider the assertion of the petitioner with regard to the life threat and take necessary steps. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand disposed of. No costs.
