THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3046 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C, is filed by the petitioners to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest since they are apprehending arrest in connection with unregistered Crime No.--- of 2018 on the file of SHO, CCS, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana fairly conceded that no crime was registered against these petitioners till date and there was no reasonable apprehension about their arrest for the offence under Section 420 IPC and that too no blanket bail can be granted in favour of the petitioners and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand dismissed.
