There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandmus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not taken any action on the report of the petitioner dated 10.04.2014 against the 4th respondent on the other hand stating that it is civil nature go to court as illegal, arbitrary, and violation of principal of natural justice and contrary to settled principal of law consequentially directing 3rd respondent to take necessary steps against the action 4th respondent in accordance with law on the report dated 10.04.2014 by preventing to illegal acts of the 4th respondent relating to property Sy.No.5/I, admeasuring 424.00 Sq. yards situated at Lashkar Singaram Village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District and pass order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions, dated 03.12.2019, issued by the Inspector of Police, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 17.05.2014 with the 3rd respondent, a case in Crime No.297 of 2014 for the
offence under Section 506 IPC was registered against the 4th respondent. After completion of investigation, the case was referred as 'lack of evidence' on 31.08.2014 and a final report was filed to that effect before the VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. If the petitioner has got any objections, the remedy available to him is by way of filing protest application, as per law, before the concerned Magistrate. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
