The case of the petitioner is that petitioner's father was issued patta certificate on 19.04.1985 by the respondent authorities vide proceedings No.B2/945/1982 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4-00 guntas in Sy.No.73/1 and subsequently, the Revenue authorities issued pattadar pass books and title deeds in favour of the petitioner by entering the extent of land as Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.73/46.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2016 is pending before the respondent authorities, it is for them to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent authorities are directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 03.09.2016 in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass appropriate orders accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
