This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, the 4th respondent, in not considering the representation of the petitioners dated 04.04.2019 submitted for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.7.00 in Sy.No.498 situated in Tangtoor Village, Sankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of the enquiry report submitted therefor vide R.P.No.87/ 18, dated 20.08.2018, as illegal and contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and also violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the said representation." 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners and possessors of the land to an extent of Acs.7.00 in Sy.No.498 situated in Tangtoor Village, Sankarpally Mandal, Rangareddy District. Though the petitioners made a representation, dated 04.04.2019, to respondent No.4 to issue pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the said land, no action has been taken, on the said representation, so far.

There is no dispute with regard to the pendency of the representation, dated 04.04.2019, of the petitioners before respondent No.4.

Under these circumstances, respondent No.4-Tahsildar is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 04.04.2019, of the

petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
