THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.2664 & 2677 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, in both these revision petitions has circulated a letter dated 11.09.2015 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the above said revision petitions with liberty to file fresh revision petitions on the same impugned order. He also requested the Registry to return the original certified copies for filing along with the revisions to be preferred afresh. Accordingly, preserving liberty to the petitioners as sought for, these revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to return the original documents to the learned counsel for the parties after taking a copy thereof and keeping them on record.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
