THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8784 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A.5 seeks to quash the proceedings in crime No.43 of 2007 of the Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Sections 468, 420 and 471 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 22.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad City, and submitted that in this case, the petitioner/A.5 has been discharged on 03.01.2017, and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.43 of 2007 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
