This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 16.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.11 of 2016 in O.S.No.100 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam. As per the office note, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 11.12.2017.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
