This Writ Petition is pending since 2009 and no interim order was passed at any point of time. With the passage of time, petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits.

Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
