HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40814 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 4th respondent to register FIR against respondents Nos.5 and 6 and investigate the case. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that on 20.10.2016, he made a complaint against respondents Nos.5 and 6 to the 4th respondent-Station House Officer, Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station. But no action was taken so far.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
"The 4th respondent is directed to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, if it discloses any cognizable offence, and proceed in accordance with law. If the 4th respondent fails to do so, he is at liberty to approach the superior officers or to avail the remedies that are available under the Code of Criminal Procedure."
No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
