THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1065 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, making a request to this Court to issue direction to the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad to dispose of O.S.No.60 of 2012 in terms of the order passed by this Court in CMA No.119 & 120 of 2008 dated 06.10.2010.

The only grievance before this Court is that the Trial Court did not take up the matter for trial, despite the direction issued by this Court in CMA No.119 & 120 of 2008 dated 06.10.2010. No doubt, the Supreme Court had issued directions on judicial side and in pursuance of the directions issued by the Apex Court, this Court issued circulars to the subordinate Courts to dispose of matters of pre-2012 cases by the end of March 2018. Despite it, there is a direction on judicial side to the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad to dispose of O.S.No.60 of 2012 in terms of the order passed by this Court in CMA No.119 & 120 of 2008 dated 06.10.2010.

In view of the above directions, the Court below is bound to give preference to this matter along with pre-2012 cases. Therefore, the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad is directed to give preference to O.S.No.60 of 2012 along with pre2012 cases and decide the suit in accordance with law.

MSM,J CRP.No.1065 of 2017 With the above direction, both the civil revision petitions are disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed.
