The counsel for petitioner has submitted a letter to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, stating that the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition in case of non-consideration of the case of petitioner as per Memo dt.24.08.2016.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
