This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order, dated 03.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.4399 of 2015 in I.A.No.1200 of 2015 in O.P.No.609 of 2015 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the main O.P. on 05.12.2017. 3.

In view of disposal of the main O.P., the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
