This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the Order dated 13.07.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.385 of 2007 in M.C.No.78 of 2007 by the learned Family Court, Warangal, wherein the trial Court has granted monthly interim maintenance of Rs.1,500/- each to the respondents Nos.1 to 3.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
