THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26189 of 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein are ready to make applications for deletion of their names from the rowdy sheet before the respondent authorities and it is further requested that the same may be directed to be disposed of by the respondent authorities, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

The said request is not opposed by learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents and submitted that the said representations would be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to submit applications to the competent authority for deletion of their names from the rowdy sheet, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such applications are made within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed by

the authorities, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
