The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein instead of regularizing the service of the petitioner on completion of 240 days of service, trying to disengage the services of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to APSRTC service regulations and as such liable to be set aside with a consequential direction to the respondents herein to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from completion of 240 days of service. Both counsels present. At the time of hearing, both counsels with one voice submitted that in view of the interim orders of this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, the writ petition is closed.
