CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.8107 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed questioning docket order, dated 14.11.2017, in E.A.No.32 of 2016 in C.C.No.844 of 2010 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum - I - respondent No.2.

The dispute raised by the petitioners arises out of an order passed by respondent No.2 forum under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (for short 'the Act'). Against the said order, the petitioners have effective alternative remedies before the hierarchical fora constituted under the Act. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition for adjudication on merits.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 4.
