HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 41068 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner, in the instant writ petition, seeks the following prayer:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the Proceedings issued by the Respondent No.4 in Proc.No.IDC/JMD/HRD/ASO/2015/776, dt.17-06-2015 and thereby not considering the Representations dt. 11-02-2015 and 6-11-2015 is illegal, arbitrary violation of Art.14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India, in violation of A.P Public Employment (Organization of local cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Orders, 1975, and in violation of principles of Natural justice and consequently set aside the proceedings issued by the Respondent No.4 and direct the Respondent No.4 to reconsider the Petitioner to the A.P unit and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Sri T.D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.4 to consider his representations dated 11-02-2015 and 06-11-2015 within time frame. Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.4 shall consider the petitioner's representations as stated in the prayer clause, within a period of six

weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In view thereof, respondent No.4 is directed to consider the petitioner's representations, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this order along with copies of the representations to respondent No.4 within a period of ten days from today.
