This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 05.02.2018, in I.A.No.825 of 2017 in O.S.No.1892 of 2012 on the file of learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, whereby, the Court below has dismissed the said I.A. filed for reopening the suit to recall P.W.1 for adducing additional evidence. 2.

Today, by a separate order, this Court has dismissed C.R.P.No.1872 of 2018 filed against the order dismissing I.A.No.826 of 2017 in O.S.No.1892 of 2012 filed for receiving the additional documentary evidence. As a sequel to dismissal of the said C.R.P., the cause in this Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.
