This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.20 of 2018 of Kadiyam Police Station, Rajamahendravaram Urban, East Godavari District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would submit that no alleged incident took place. Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the petition. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
