Registry listed the present M.A.C.M.A. to record the Lok Adalat settlement by way of Award being passed by the Lok Adalat.

The award passed by the Lok Adalat on 09.09.2017 has to be construed as decree as per the provisions of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
