It is stated that the petitioner has already filed representation 29-08-2016 in a public grievance cell to the 2nd respondent in respect of his grievance in the writ petition. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29-08-2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
