ORDER
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.582 of 2015 on the file of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and under Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, against the petitioners/A1 and A2. 2.
During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to dispense with the presence of 2nd petitioner/A2 before the trial Court and also to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid case by fixing the time frame.
3. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners and since the CC is of the year 2015, it would be appropriate to direct the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, to dispose of C.C.No.582 of 2015 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and that the appearance of 2nd petitioner/A2 in the said case is dispensed with, except on the dates whenever her presence is required by the trial Court and she shall be represented by her counsel.

With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
