O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the following relief; "..........to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the notice dt.15.04.2019, vide Notice No.321/W1/TPS/C-18-NZ/GHMC/2017, issued under Section 452(1) & 461(1) of H.M.C.Act, 1955 is void and against the Principles of natural justice and not binding on the petitioner in respect of repairs and renovation works in the premises No.1-8-321, admeasuring 1292 Sq.Yards, situated at Pattigadda, Secunderabad, to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the allegations made by the respondents about the construction of the ground floor and raising of columns for the first floor, petitioner had submitted a detailed explanation on 23.04.2019, denying the said allegations, however, the respondents are threatening the petitioner to demolish the petitioner's property without considering the explanation.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Having regard to the respective submissions of both the counsel, as the petitioner has already submitted an explanation, the

respondents, before taking further steps, shall consider the explanation submitted her on 23.04.2019, and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

6.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
